Here is all the information about how our Treat Cards work, how to register your Elegance Treat card and the Treat Card terms and Condtions.
With our loyalty scheme It’s easy to treat yourself; Just collect points as you spend, save them up and when you have enough we will give you a complimentary “ Reward Treatment*”.
The more points you have the greater your reward treat will be!

To say thank you for being a loyal to us, we would like to give you a Reward Treatment at the salon.
Our system will generate a list of all the Reward Treatments available to you for the points you currently have saved. This list is personal to you and every ones lists will be different. It is made up of all the treatments you have not tried at our salon yet (with the exception of a couple of things), we want you to indulge in a new experience as a really special treat from us, not just give you money back or the same treatment you always have.
As an example: If you regularly have a half leg wax every month, this treatment will not be on your reward list but something like a facial a massage a full leg wax, or a half leg and Brazilian wax would be. -
No. Points have no money value to them. You can not use them to part pay for your treatment or a product. Points can only be used to Pre-book a treatment from your treatment rewards list and you must have enough points to cover the total points value of the treatment, if you do not have enough points for a particular reward treatment just keep on saving! Do look out for special offers we run which you can exchange your points for a selected product or double points events.

To give you a rough idea what you can exchange your points for: If a treatment costs £15.00 pounds x this by 18 to see how many points you will need. So a £15.00 treatment would be 270 points. Remember you can only pick a treatment if it’s on your rewards list.

A reward treatment must be pre booked through your therapist in salon or on the phone. They are not currently available to book online, and they can not be arranged or added on at your appointment. Just book in for your normal monthly service or anything else you’d like to book and we will tag on your Reward Treatment for you, free of charge and your points will be deducted at the checkout.

This is ensure we don't end up with therapists working all day without taking any money.

Please give us the usual 24 hours notice to cancel your reward appointment, we will then credit your reward account with your points. Failure to give correct notice will result in loss of points.
Treat Card Terms and Conditions
Elegance Treat Card terms and conditions are set out below, we reserve the right to alter these terms without notification. When you start using your card you'll be agreeing to our terms and conditions.
THE SCHEME
We will give you 1 point for every pound you spend.
These terms and conditions are applicable across the entire Treat Card scheme and any participation is considered as acceptance. The Treat Card account, key fobs, coupons, vouchers and points, in whatever form, are issued by and remain the property of Elegance at Ecclesall which may, at any time, terminate the scheme or alter or amend the conditions of operation of the scheme.
All members of the scheme must be resident in the UK and aged 18 years or over.
Members are only entitled to one Treat Card account each. Elegance at Ecclesall reserves the right to refuse, merge or close additional accounts at any time.
Members must register their personal details and keep Elegance at Ecclesall informed of any changes. Elegance at Ecclesall cannot be held responsible for any loss of points or vouchers incurred as a result of out of date details. New accounts that are not registered within 6 months of first being used and accounts with out of date details that have not been updated for two years will be removed and any points or vouchers forfeited.
The Treat card, in whatever form, is not transferable, cannot be copied and can only be used by the member who is named and registered for the card.
Treat Card key fobs, coupons and vouchers remain the responsibility of the Treat card member. Elegance at Ecclesall cannot be held responsible for any loss arising from the member failing to ensure the safe-keeping of these items.
Lost or stolen cards; if you lose your card or it is stolen you will need to pay £1 for a new card. Your new card will be assigned to your existing treat card account so no built up points will be lost. If we are unable to retrieve an existing account you will need to start again with a new card.
Elegance at Ecclesall may decline to issue, withdraw or cancel Treat card accounts, key fobs, coupons, vouchers and points, in whatever form, and / or remove a member from the scheme at any time where there is reasonable belief of:
a. any abuse or attempted abuse of the scheme;
b. any breach or attempted breach of these terms and conditions and / or those relating to the optional elements of the scheme;
c. any behaviour relating to Treat card or Elegance at Ecclesall that involves theft, misconduct, abusive or offensive behaviour, or supplying false or misleading information.
Treat card accounts, key fobs, coupons, points and vouchers cannot be transferred, bought, sold or in any way traded.
Members can choose to leave the scheme at any time. By leaving the scheme members forfeit the right to any points or vouchers already accrued or issued.
Members who do not collect any points for two years will be removed from the scheme and will need to reapply for new membership should they wish to re-join. If you think you will not be able to re-visit the salon within 2 years it would be best to use up any treatment rewards on your reward list.
Members may inherit the points or vouchers of a family member who has died by providing a written request informing us of the membership details of the deceased.
Points
Members must present their Elegance at Ecclesall Treat Card key fob at the checkout to collect points for a transaction in store. Members who forget to do this may have their points added manually up to 14 days after the transaction upon production of a valid receipt, providing the receipt belongs to the claiming member. Points may only be claimed for up to two receipts per day.
Members will be required to quote their Treat card number to collect points on purchases made through any phone transactions.
Elegance at Ecclesall may set a limit on the number of times points may be awarded for promotional items on which additional points are available. Individual promotions may have different limits as communicated in their purchase conditions.
Treat Card Points are non-exchangeable or refundable and hold no money value.
We reserve the right to deduct points for unattended appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice where a deposit has not been taken.
Elegance at Ecclesall is entitled to remove points at any time if products are returned for any reason and a full or partial refund of the purchase price is given. This also applies to the exchange of products, unless the exchange is for products with an equivalent points value.
REWARD TREATMENTS
Free Reward Treatments must be pre-booked and added to a paid service, we don’t mind what - a wax, a lift and tint, your normal monthly treatment, but they cannot be taken as a standalone treatment.
All Reward treatments must be pre-arranged in advance at time of booking. They can be added on the day at checkout, and are subject to availability. We have a limited number available per day.
Reward Treatments must be chosen from your personally generated list, you will not be offered a treatment you have had done before.
Reward Treatments can be gifted; the booking must still be made in your name and you must inform us of who will be attending the appointment. Points cannot be gifted in the form of a gift voucher.
Cancelation policy for Reward Treatment bookings: If you fail to attend your Reward Treatment appointment you will lose 100% of the value in points. If you cancel or re-arrange with less than 24 hours’ notice you will lose 50% of the value in points. Points will be deducted automatically.
