  • We prioritise digital communication for bookings, receipts to operate as a virtually paperless business.

  • We have transitioned to using high-quality, biodegradable disposable towels to drastically reduce laundry-related water and energy consumption.

  • For all necessary disposable items, we actively source biodegradable or compostable alternatives, ensuring we do not compromise on clinical hygiene.

2. Energy & Water Conservation

  • We exclusively use energy-efficient LED lighting throughout our premises. All appliances and laser equipment are fully powered down when not in use to eliminate standby energy drain.

  • Our treatment rooms are smart-managed to ensure energy is consumed only when necessary.

  • We have fitted our taps with water-saving aerators and conduct regular checks to ensure there are no leaks.

3. Responsible Sourcing & Product Curation

  • Our product partners must meet our strict criteria of being 100% cruelty-free. We give preference to brands that are also vegan, organic, and use sustainably sourced ingredients.

  • We scrutinise the packaging of our products, prioritising those that use minimal, recycled, recyclable, or refillable containers.
