To get the best results and ensure your brows heal perfectlyit’s important to follow a few simple pre and post-care tips. At Elegance at Ecclesall, we’re here to guide you every step of the way so your new brows look flawless and stay that way.
Pre procedure care
Avoid alcohol and caffein for 24 before the procedure
Stop taking Asprin, Niacin, Vitamin E, and ibuprofen 24 hours prior
Avoid Fish oil one week before
Avoid chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and laser treatments for two weeks before
Avoid sunbathing or tanning at least 2 weeks before
Avoid waxing and tinting for at least week before
Post procedure care
Keep brows dry for 14 days, avoid getting the brows wet
Apply provided Vitamin A & D Ointment from day 3
Avoid intense workouts or activities that cause sweating for at least 2 weeks
Protect brows from direct sun exposure
No make up during the healing process
Refrain from using exfoliants, retinols, AHAs, or other harsh treatments around the brow area for 4 weeks
No Touching, scratching, picking or peeling at the brows
Please be patient! healing process can take up to 6 weeks

Healing Process
Initial Redness (erythema), swelling and tenderness is normal.
Healing stages,

Initial redness, swelling and tenderness. Pigment may look darker than the first day.

Flaking or scabbing begins and the skin may feel tight and itchy. Avoid scratching, picking and peeling the area at this stage (Panic mode begins here)

The scabs will fall and the colour may look very light or patchy. The skin still be healing and it's normal for areas to look lighter or patchy.

The skin continues to heal, and the pigment will gradually become more visible and deepen in colour

The colour may still be slightly lighter than the original, but it will continue to settle and intensify over time
