For 24 to 48 hours, avoid hot baths, saunas, heavy workouts, and anything that might cause sweating. Steer clear of perfumed products and exfoliants on the treated area too.

Yes, shaving is totally fine between appointments, just no waxing or plucking, as we need the hair root intact for the laser to work.
