Eyelash Extension FAQ

• Should I wear makeup to my lash appointment?

  Please come with clean, makeup free eyes, no mascara, eyeliner, or oily skincare around the eyes. This helps the extensions bond better and last longer.

• Can I wear contact lenses during the appointment?

  We recommend removing them before your treatment just to keep things super comfortable.

• How long will my lash extensions last?

  Typically 3 - 4 weeks before you’ll need infills, but with the right care, they can last even longer.

• Can I get them wet straight after?

  Try to avoid water, steam, or heat, like saunas for the first 24 - 48 hours to allow the adhesive to fully cure.

• How should I clean my lashes?

  Gently cleanse them daily with an oil-free lash cleanser and avoid rubbing or tugging at them. See our recommended after care products here.

• Can I use mascara on my extensions?

  It’s best to skip the mascara.

• Do eyelash extensions damage your natural lashes?

  Not when applied properly and cared for correctly, your natural lashes will stay healthy and strong.
